Access to Intelligent Content

For New Users

If you are a media partner or client, please contact your Hogarth account representative.

If you have a Hogarth email address, read on.

  1. Get started by asking a Team member to invite you to a campaign or client.

  2. Ensure that the Team member has also given you a "role". The default role is Collaborator, which is limited.

  3. If you see "Welcome to Intelligent Content, (name)!" - then you can access the application, but have not been assigned a Role or been invited to a Client or Campaign. No more action is required by HelpHub or support.

  4. If the message is "One more step needed: Request access on HelpHub", then you need to make a ticket here: https://hogarthww.zendesk.com/hc/en-us - look for "Intelligent Content - Access" and make a ticket there.

For HelpHub Support Teams

  1. Assign the ticket to EMEA - Production Support L1

  2. Assign the user to the following Okta groups:

  • OKTA_IntelligentContentUAT
  • OKTA_IntelligentContentPRD
  1. Inform the user that the action will take 1-3 hours to sync. Inform the user that to see content in the tool, they should ask a team member to invite them and set a role.

  2. If the user has already been added to these groups, ask the user if they see "Welcome to Intelligent Content, (name)!" or "One more step needed: Request access on HelpHub" when trying to log in.

    • If they see "Welcome to Intelligent Content, (name)!" - inform them that they need a Team member who already uses the tool to invite them to a Client or Campaign.

    • If they are still seeing the "One more step needed" message, the user has not been correctly added to the Okta groups, or there is a problem with the users Okta (ie they might not be registered with Okta).

If there are any further requests beyond adding hte user to the Okta groups, assign ticket to Peter Gordon
